Alice “Dolly” “Nana” Dolores Siemons, 83, of Hilo died Sept. 28 at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. Born on Oahu, she was homemaker who taught home decoration and quilting, volunteered at a variety of events and was a longtime blood donor. Private services. Interment with her late husband, Henry, at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia. Survived by daughters, Marnie Honeycutt of Hilo and Elizabeth Funke of Ashburn, Va.; brother, Dennis Tamosan of Hilo; five grandchildren. Arrangements by Dodo Mortuary.
